Our client is an international multi-disciplinary consultancy. They are looking for an Interface Manager to be based in their offices in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate reports to the Design Integration Manager and the position includes the following duties:
Set up, implement and execute the Design Management plan
Provide the day to day Section leadership and work with the Discipline Leaders on their Section requirements. In particular manage and coordinate the Section design interfaces including other disciplines, packages and projects
Assist in creating an integrated multidisciplinary project environment.
Proactively identify, mitigate and ‘own’ the risks and opportunities of the sections design process
Working directly with the client deliver the section outcomes in a manner that is best for project
Drive Options Analysis, Value Engineering and Constructability reviews
