Purpose of Position: Assure the professional planning and execution of all aspects of Drilling Services to the company expectations, fully meeting all customer requirements for health and safety of all operational personnel, and protection of the environment.
To build the department in such a way that ensures that financial discipline and HSE are �cornerstone� elements of all aspects of the Departments operation
Candidate requirements: � Communication skills in English, Arabic (Preferred) � Both written and spoken. � Strong interpersonal skills, team management. � Time Management Skills � I.T. skills � Should have attended Operator specific training courses & management courses � Good financial awareness and competency
