They are currently looking for a Claim Manager (m/w) to further develop and implement the company’s Claim Management towards their suppliers (maintenance service providers, equipment suppliers, etc).
Further development of the Company’s implemented Claim Management, based on the role of being the internal point of contact for all supplier related incidents regarding upcoming claims caused by failures or non-accordance to frame agreements, potentially caused by or to be claimed towards Service suppliers.
The Claim Manager/in will be leading all necessary activities/ projects to improve the coordination (including data warehouse aspects), with the purpose to detect and handle claims in an efficient and transparent way. Strong collaboration with all stakeholder departments, especially ECM II, III & IV, F&A , SC (Service Contracts) and Legal. Transparent and fact based escalation towards the Management in case of necessity.
First internal point of entry for all claim activities towards Service suppliersPlatform to summarize claim related data & organize activitiesTransparent and fact-based monitoring and reporting regarding all Claim Activities in order to enable the Company’s Management to decide upon necessary (high level) activities.Working for any kind of improvement regarding necessary / available key data which shall be used for efficient Claim Management.Analyze/ overview the existing contractual agreements with Service Suppliers in order to improve Service Contracts / Framework Agreements with related Service Suppliers.Further development of Claim ProcessesSupporting the feedback loop towards the Supplier Relationship Management
