This role would be ideal for an experienced General Practitioner whishing to make a progression to a leadership role and redesign a practice model of care without having to take a Partner role. It will be between GP activities and Lead activities with dedicated sessions for each. The Lead activities will consist of redesigning the staff mix, Audits, CQC management, implementing processes and reviews, and some aspects of staff management.
